
Sarah Ostkamp is an experienced marketing and commerce expert with nearly 15 years of experience in the digital industry. As Digital Commerce Business Lead at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, she is responsible for building and scaling the online business in the DACH region, with the goal of inspiring consumers to enjoy the convenient home delivery of ice cream. Previously, she served as Marketing & Digital Commerce Lead for Unilever’s ice cream business in DACH, BNX, and France, where she led the digital marketing and digital commerce strategy. In earlier roles, she significantly advanced Unilever Germany’s data strategy and the use of programmatic advertising. Sarah has deep expertise in digital transformation and has worked closely with internal and external partners on innovative solutions, including the further development of Unilever’s advertising tech stack. Before joining Unilever, she spent many years on the publisher side: at the sales house joint venture Ad Audience in Munich, she built the programmatic advertising business before helping shape programmatic and data operations at Gruner + Jahr and later Ad Alliance.
