In his role as Head of Vendor Management & Brand Relations, Max and his team are responsible for brand and supplier business on the Kaufland Global Marketplace platforms. The focus is on close, equal partnership with AAA brand partners, understood as an end-to-end collaboration: from strategic account management and the optimal use of seller and vendor sales channels to content and advertising solutions. Together, they develop tailored retail media strategies that ensure professional brand management and an optimal presence on the marketplaces. This enables AAA brands to be successfully positioned across seven countries and to achieve sustainable growth in international e-commerce.
