
Magdalene has been part of the REWE Group since 2014 and has played a key role in building the Retail Media Connect division. Initially, her focus was on leveraging PAYBACK big data for assortment optimization as well as developing couponing and insights solutions for the FMCG industry. Since 2019, she has been responsible for business development and project management in the retail media division, driving the expansion of digital and performance media products. Originally from the Baltic Sea region, she brings not only a Northern drive but also a fresh spirit of innovation and great curiosity for new markets and trends. When she is not working on new digital strategies, she can usually be found traveling—always in search of inspiration and new ideas.
