Paul Biermann

Paul Biermann is responsible for expanding the retail media business and developing data-driven marketing solutions at INTERSPORT Marketing Services. His focus is on intelligently connecting digital campaigns with point-of-sale experiences, always aiming to bring brands and retail closer together.

Prior to this, Paul spent many years in the digital media industry, contributing to the early development of programmatic advertising in Germany, building up Spotify’s programmatic audio business, and later supporting the expansion of Acast in Germany.

Outside of work, he finds balance on his road bike or in the gym—environments where endurance, focus, and energy matter just as much as in marketing.
